Aquesta mesura, aprovada el 2020 durant la pand\u00e8mia, ha condicionat durant anys la relaci\u00f3 entre propietaris i llogaters.<\/p>\n<p>La seva retirada suposa un canvi important, especialment per als propietaris afectats per impagaments o ocupacions que no han pogut recuperar els seus immobles tot i disposar de resolucions judicials favorables.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 implicava la morat\u00f2ria<\/h3>\n<p>Durant la seva vig\u00e8ncia, la normativa permetia suspendre els desnonaments en casos de vulnerabilitat econ\u00f2mica del llogater, fins i tot amb sent\u00e8ncia ferma.<\/p>\n<p>A la pr\u00e0ctica, aix\u00f2 ha generat situacions en qu\u00e8 molts propietaris:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>no han pogut recuperar l\u2019habitatge<\/li>\n<li>han deixat de percebre ingressos durant llargs per\u00edodes<\/li>\n<li>han hagut d\u2019assumir les despeses de l\u2019immoble<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta situaci\u00f3 ha afectat especialment els petits propietaris, molt presents al mercat del lloguer a Barcelona.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 canvia ara<\/h3>\n<p>Amb la caiguda del decret, els procediments de desnonament tornen al seu funcionament habitual.
