It’s a perfect day to go out for a walk, I feel like I’m going to wander around Barcelona a bit, I’ll take the metro to find out if I’d be interested in Living in Sagrada Familia.<\/p>\n

As usual, I wander aimlessly, looking to the sides and up, to see how things are here and how the real estate market in the Sagrada Familia neighborhood is doing.<\/p>\n

Living in Sagrada Familia<\/h2>\n

The Sagrada Familia neighborhood has a lot of history, very different from our previous stop at Living in Diagonal Mar.<\/p>\n

The Sagrada Familia neighborhood is located on the far right of l’Eixample, in the upper part.<\/p>\n

Formerly known as the Barrio de Poblet, it was a neighborhood of fields and small houses around what is now Calle Valencia.<\/p>\n

What gave personality and name to the neighborhood was the commission to build in 1881 the well-known temple, La Sagrada Familia.<\/p>\n

Currently the neighborhood includes the Encants neighborhood at the lower end.<\/p>\n

The Sagrada Familia real estate market<\/h3>\n

The Sagrada Familia neighborhood is one of the neighborhoods chosen by thousands or hundreds of thousands of people to live in the city of Barcelona.<\/p>\n

It is in the 22nd position in the range of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city of Barcelona – with a total of 73 neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

It is one of the best areas to live in if you want to be well connected and maintain the essence of a neighborhood with history and tradition.<\/p>\n

The Sagrada Familia real estate market<\/a> stands out for its large flats, from the old days. With many square meters and interiors that have a lot of play.<\/p>\n

The best apartments in Sagrada Familia are large, spacious and some have high ceilings. From the time when families had more than one child and opted to live in a city and not abandon the comfort of a large and spacious apartment.<\/p>\n

In addition to that, many have balconies in the rear, with views of the city and patios – more like mega interior patios – that take your breath away.<\/p>\n

Where can I eat something in Sagrada Familia?<\/h3>\n

As soon as I get out of the subway I realize that everything here has its history.<\/p>\n

I have been told that in this neighborhood I can still find shops and businesses of a lifetime, with tradition and a history behind it.<\/p>\n

My intention today is not to go to the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, that is full of tourists and today I want something closer.<\/p>\n

I have left home without breakfast and I am hungry, so today I will eat walking.<\/p>\n

I see a place that seems traditional, what I am looking for, is called Cal Sard\u00e0<\/a> and it seems that I am going to put on my boots.<\/p>\n

I go in and wait for the store to empty, it’s hard because people are constantly coming and going. I excuse myself by saying that I’m thinking about it… a lie!<\/p>\n

I’m going to sew questions to the shop assistant. After a while, and after stopping the conversation a few times, I walk out of there with some things.<\/p>\n
