This article serves as a presentation for a series of articles in which we are going to talk about life in the different neighborhoods of Barcelona entitled Living in …
Each month we will dedicate this space to walk through a certain neighborhood, we will know its most emblematic places, the most useful information, the historical characteristics, the present of the neighborhood and future forecasts.
Barcelona is one of the most promising European cities, made up of 10 districts and 73 neighbourhoods!
Barcelona has become in recent years a vibrant place full of cultures from all over the world.
It’s hard not to feel welcome in a city like this and everyone who visits, lives or sleeps in it agrees on something.
Located in front of the Mediterranean Sea, it is an excellent place to start a new life if you know how to choose between buying or renting.
This can really be a difficult task if you want to do it yourself and it is best to put yourself in the hands of professionals, someone who knows the city and knows how to advise you on what interests you most.
And that is our objective, to offer you a series of monthly articles with which to give you a bit of information about each of these neighborhoods in Barcelona, and for that we will equip ourselves very well.
We’ll put on our sneakers to hang out, our prom shoes to go out, and our glasses to search the city’s archives.
Since each neighborhood has more information than can fit in an ordinary article, we will only have room for a little from each neighborhood.
But don’t worry, on a rotating basis we will return to the neighborhood from time to time to continue reeling it off with enthusiasm.
We will have location information, its geographic and population characteristics. We will talk about the character of its people looking in all directions: past, present and future of the neighborhood.
We’ll see what its urban and economic growth has been.
We will visit its most emblematic places in the neighborhood:
The idea is to offer a neighborhood guide seen from a holistic point of view, which not only covers the typical tourist places
Our intention is to go further by offering data and information that is really useful for those who already live there or are planning to do so.
If you want to know more or those of you who have recently moved to the neighborhood and, why not, for those of you who are thinking of buying a home in the neighborhood or renting a home, this is your article.
I am sure that this presentation has captured your attention enough so that you do not miss our next article.
In it we are going to really start the series talking about the Pueblo Nuevo neighborhood.
For those who are interested, I can already tell you that Pueblo Nuevo is a magnificent place to live.
It’s full of history, culture and leisure for everyone.
Choosing to live in Pueblo Nuevo is a success.
In the next episode of this series I will give you a lot of reasons for that.
